Scan & Realize
Scan & Realize: Your path from physical object to digital creation

We don't just sell a 3D scan, we offer the complete solution for realizing an idea.
With our professional 3D scanner, we create the precise, digital foundation. What follows is the decisive added value: the unique combination of high-quality scanning services and the resulting manufacturing capabilities such as 3D printing, laser cutting, and CNC milling.

We offer the bridge between what already exists and what you want to make of it.

We immediately demonstrate that our service offers a solution for every project – large or small, near or far.
Maximum flexibility: Three service models for every project!

Option 1: The mail-in service
For whom: Customers who want to digitize smaller objects and can thus contact us throughout Europe.
The service: You send us your object as a package, we scan it in our workshop under optimal conditions, and return it safely.
Advantages: Our mail-in service allows customers from all over Germany and the EU to conveniently send objects by mail for high-precision 3D scanning and seamless production in our factory.
Reach: You can use the service from anywhere.
Efficiency: We can perform the scanning process in a controlled environment and seamlessly integrate it with further production.
Complete package: Ideal for customers who want to complete the scan and finished production (printing, laser cutting, CNC) in a single order.

Option 2: On-site scanning
For whom: Customers with immobile, large, or very valuable objects.
Our service: We come to you with our mobile 3D scanner within a 100 km radius.
Advantages: Convenience. You don't have to worry about anything and you save on transport.
Security: Your object remains in your care, which is especially important for unique pieces and works of art.
Personal consultation: We can discuss your project on-site and determine the best scanning strategies.
Option 3: Photogrammetry
We offer more than just a traditional 3D scan. In addition to our mobile and stationary 3D scanning technology, we also master the art of photogrammetry. Using this method, we create a highly precise, digital 3D model from a series of photos.
This is ideal if you want to digitize a unique keepsake, such as your pet or a rare collectible that cannot be moved or directly scanned. You provide us with the photos – we do the rest, creating your object as a 3D print, CNC part, or laser engraving.
How many photos are needed, and is a video better?
Number of photos:
For a good result, we need a large number of high-quality photos that capture the object seamlessly from all sides and angles. As a rule of thumb, you should take at least 50 to 100 photos. It's important that the images overlap significantly so the software can accurately calculate the camera position. The more photos, the better and more detailed the final model will be. Continuous shooting is particularly suitable for this.
Video vs. Photos:
Generally, high-resolution, sharp individual photos are preferable to videos. The image quality is usually better, and the photos are not affected by video compression. While a video can serve as a data source by extracting individual frames, the quality of the individual images is usually lower, and the risk of blurring due to motion is greater. We therefore always recommend using high-quality photos first.
What you can achieve with your scan:
Reproduction & Spare Parts:
You can precisely reproduce broken parts or hard-to-obtain spare parts. We scan the original or work with your photos, modifying it if necessary, and producing a new one for you.
Scaling:
Transform a small model into an oversized sculpture or create detailed miniatures of large objects.
Restoration:
Digitally preserve valuable antiques to recreate damaged areas and precisely restore them.
Customization & Prototyping:
Scan an existing mold to use it as the basis for a new design, add custom elements, or develop a new prototype.
